Robert Fareed George

Robert Fareed George, known as Robert George, is the founder of Habit Partners, an operator-led investment platform focused on acquiring and building consumer and service businesses across North America.

He began his operating career at McDonald’s in Mississauga in 2009, working while funding his education. His career subsequently spanned PepsiCo, Restaurant Brands International, and private equity-backed Fat Tuesday, where he worked across strategy, finance, development, and corporate development.

In 2023, Robert founded Habit Partners to bring that institutional experience to lower-middle-market businesses. Since then, he has acquired, launched, operated, and exited businesses across hospitality and healthcare in the U.S. and Canada.

Robert earned his HBA with distinction from Ivey Business School and is an MBA ’28 at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He brings an owner-operator mindset to investing, combining disciplined capital allocation with hands-on experience building teams, growing businesses, and executing transactions.
