We focused on brand consistency and hospitality — from TVs above every chair, aroma-scented environments, and quieter instruments to warm, customer-first service. The result proved that Canadians want more than just care — they want an elevated experience.

Manchu Wok is a long-standing Chinese QSR chain in Canada, primarily known for mall food courts. We partnered with them to launch their first standalone location in Guelph, Ontario — proving the concept could succeed outside captive audiences. The success of this test demonstrated that Manchu Wok can scale in a model similar to Panda Express.

The venture sharpened our experience in real estate investing and asset management while delivering consistent returns.

We partnered with Fat Tuesday to evolve the brand beyond its traditional grab-and-go daiquiri model. In Ybor City, Tampa, we developed the first location with a full bar, DJ, dance floor, and food menu, proving the concept could thrive as a nightlife venue. This success is now fueling Fat Tuesday’s expansion strategy into new markets.

Papi’s is the inaugural brand within the Habit Partners experiential nightlife platform, built to launch and scale locally relevant nightlife concepts across global markets. The flagship location in Historic Ybor City, Tampa, pairs a Latin twist on the American bar experience with the neighborhood’s cultural DNA. Following proof of strong consumer demand for a localized, high-energy nightlife format, Papi’s established the operating platform designed to replicate and adapt this model across cities worldwide.
